I decided my target audience by thinking about people that I know listen to this type of music, looking into artist websites to see what audience they believe is their target and also people that will relate to the artists aka similar interests. I also created a questionnaire to show the different types of people that would answer and see what kind of answers they would choose. This task has helped me to identify a clear target audience so that I know exactly who I am creating a music video for. It also shows me the type of things that people within the target audience will look for and I can therefore put these ideas into my video.
